Spa Warranty Services is a Company that specializes exclusively in Spa Repair. We aren't juggling service or focusing on sales (ignoring the repairs until we need extra money or decide to oil that squeaky wheel).

Our Charleston, SC Team has decades of combined experience and although our techs start their day at 6am, we have ongoing training, stocking, and loads of paperwork; so please bear with us and limit your calls to between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Although we do attempt to work around your schedule, we assist over 70 Manufacturers, Dealers and Outlets throughout South Carolina and each Tech will process up to 40 Repair Calls or More each Week. Many times our Techs find themselves working late into the evening and through the weekends. Due to possible Delays and Lengthier than Anticipated Repairs, we ask your assistance by SCHEDULING your repair appointment between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays are reserved for appointments we were unable to complete due to extrinsic circumstances (i.e. inclement weather, etc).

There are many low voltage components inside a spa pack that can Can Cause injury to other high voltage components. If improperly installed or modified - they WILL possibly injure the OCCUPANTS. It is very important to deal with a Professional Company that is Repairs Spas as their Primary Business - Being a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business Doesn't Hurt Either.

With our In shop Testing Station, We can troubleshoot and narrow your problem down to circuits and provide reasons why your component failed. Our Techs are certified & Trained by Multiple Manufacturers for system specific repairs! Our Field personnel can reset, replace or repair relays, capacitors, contactors and stock enough parts to repair your spa in one trip. (nearly 93% of Our Repairs are Completed on the First Trip)

We do not recommend changing out entire components such as heaters or motors unless the condition of that component is in such a poor state - it dictates replacement over rebuilding.

 I called the manufacturer on Friday and was told 3-4 weeks. So I called Spa Warranty Services and they had me scheduled within a week. They completed the repair within 2 hours of arrival and kept in contact with the spa factory. They received approval and confirmed the factory would reimburse me before they commenced with the work. Since it was their first time doing work for that manufacturer, I had to pay the tech but was impressed on how the entire process went down. I was in my spa later that day. Dave & Joel were very knowledgeable and helped me understand why the water kept getting cloudy and how to prevent it. Their prices were fair and the factory sent me a check for everything except the travel charge which I was happy to pay to get me spa running. I have no complaints.
